I spent some time studying the shapes on the canvas till slowly
some figures emerged.
After outlining them in white pastel, I started drawing and rubbing,
darkening and enhancing the drawings, until the figures evolved.
I am quite pleased with the results so far.

Inorganic paroxysm

A paroxysm is a sudden violent attack of pain, rage or laughter.
To be inorganic is to be devoid of organised structures.

I leave it to you to decide which it is.

When I was young I used to dream I was flying.
I can still feel the rush of being lifted into the air and swooping down.
If humans could fly I know what it would feel like.
